Implications of Seiberg–Witten map on Type-I superconductors

چکیده

We incorporate the Seiberg-Witten map of noncommutative theory in classical London type-I superconductivity when an external magnetic field is applied. After defining Maxwell potentials, we derive equation for supercurrent as a function parameter, up to second order gauge fields expansion. Keeping track effects fields, argue that can be cast permeability superconductor emergent property material, measurable possible not-so-far ultra-high-energy experimental setups. Another consequence penetration length acquires corrections Also, show flux quantization remains consistent relative commutative case. Our effective and reduce standard ones limit.

Type I Non-Abelian Superconductors in Supersymmetric Gauge Theories

Non-BPS non-Abelian vortices with CP internal moduli space are studied in an N = 2 supersymmetric U(1)×SU(2) gauge theory with adjoint mass terms. For generic internal orientations the classical force between two vortices can be attractive or repulsive. On the other hand, the mass of the scalars in the theory is always less than that of the vector bosons; also, the force between two vortices wi...

Pressure effects on Ca60Al40 metallic glass superconductors

Theoretical computation of the pressure dependence superconducting state parameters of binary Ca60Al40 is reported using model potential formalism. Explicit expressions have been derived for the volume dependence of the electron–phonon coupling strength λ and the Coulomb pseudopotential μ* considering the variation of Fermi momentum KF and Debye temperature ӨD with volume. Well known Ashcroft’s...

Comment on ”Vortex Liquid Crystal in Anisotropic Type II Superconductors” The suppression of superconductivity in type II superconductors

Comment on " Vortex Liquid Crystal in Anisotropic Type II Superconductors " The suppression of superconductivity in type II superconductors is associated with the melting transition of the lattice of flux quanta [1, 2, 3]. Most melting phenomena in Nature are thermodynamic first-order phase transitions. An analytic description of melting is thus difficult since there is no good handle, such as ...

On the Phase Behavior of Disordered Type-II Superconductors

A general phenomenology for phase behaviour in the mixed phase of disordered type-II superconductors is outlined. We propose that the “Bragg glass” phase generically transforms via two separate thermodynamic phase transitions into a disordered liquid on increasing the temperature. The first transition is into a glassy phase, topologically disordered at the largest length scales; current evidenc...
